1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using fastaffer.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Fastaffer is a product of Bifixit and Technology Solutions Limited, a company registered in Kentucky, USA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
Fastaffer provides AI-assisted and human-powered sales outreach and operations services. Services are provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with 30 days' written notice.
3. Billing & Payment
- Pricing is listed on our pricing page and subject to change with 30 days' notice
- Billing cycles are monthly, starting on your activation date
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription anytime by notifying us in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties apply.
5. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA
- Not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
- Not upload malware, spam, or infringing content
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
6. Limitation of Liability
Fastaffer is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bifixit and Technology Solutions Limited and Fastaffer harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
